Our Mineral Shimmer Powder Nine Stacks are multi-purpose color pigments (except Glitter Glam, which is acrylic). They come in an endless array of colors and can be used for many cosmetic applications by using alone or mixing with other products, including, but not limited to eyeshadow (dry or wet), lip color, nail color, etc. The Innovative stack design consists of NINE fabulous shimmers "stacked" together.
