Glitter Glam

Glitter Glam contains Acrylic Glitters - not mineral pigments like the other 9-Stacks. These are fun. They are very light and have great reflective and sparkly properties. You will need something like a cream base or gel to ensure adhesion. Or sprinkle in the hair and then apply hairspray. Our "Stick It" is highly recommended for using glitters on eyes or face.
